Steve Bolton’s memoir tells of his adventures as a youthful train-spotter in Riccall and beyond. He later fulfilled his youthful ambition of a job on the Railways as a Technician based in Selby with particular responsibility for signals and level crossings between Selby and Naburn.
Now retired, Steve remains passionate about the railways but has a particular fondness for Deltic diesels.
