An Interpretation Board about the Solar System Greenway is located opposite a 575,872,239 to 1 scale model of the sun perched ona tripod 50 feet above the path. In 2020 the Sun has been lovingly repainted in its original gold paint by the staff from the University of York who first created it in 1999.
